Ingredients
- Red Wine Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Ciabatta 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Basil 1 bunch
- Pitted olives 16 pieces
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the bread into small pieces. Mix the vinegar with water and pour it over the bread. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes coarsely. Squeeze the bread and drizzle it with the juice released from the tomatoes, then sprinkle with olive oil.
Step 3
Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and bread. Tear the basil leaves coarsely and place them on the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
