Ingredients

- Onion 1 head

- Parsley 1 bunch
- Avocado 1 piece
- Stale Bread 1 slice
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the stale bread in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then squeeze it well.
Step 2
Wash all the vegetables, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, crumble the soaked bread, add chopped parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Instead of onion, you can use leek.
Step 3
Mix everything together and serve.
