  • Lime Juice ½ piece
  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Tear or cut the bread into pieces and place them in a deep bowl.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and add them to the bowl along with the onion.

Step 3

Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the salad to marinate.

Step 4

Taste; if the salad is too sour, add a pinch of sugar.

Step 5

Before serving, add a handful of fresh parsley.
