  • Pita 2 pieces
  • Smoked Chicken 1 piece
  • Pickled Cauliflower 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Natural Yogurt 5 oz
  • Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
  • Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the meat from the chicken bones, cut it into small strips, and sauté.

Step 2

Cut the iceberg lettuce, tomato, and pickled cucumber into strips. Mix everything together.

Step 3

Add spices and salt to the natural yogurt and mix well.

Step 4

Cut the round pita into four parts and then make a slit in each part from the sharp corner to the base to create a pocket.

Step 5

Heat a dry non-stick skillet, place the cut pita in it, and toast for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Layer the salad mixture, yogurt, and chicken in the warmed pita—three times with three layers each.

Step 7

Place on a plate and serve.
