Panagurish Salad
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Parsley 3 stems
- Salt to taste
- Celery salt 4 stems
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and partitions, and cut into strips. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Wash the tomato and cut it into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Wash the parsley and celery, shake off the water, and chop finely.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt to taste, dress with olive oil, transfer to a salad bowl, and serve.
