Bread - round, wheat, and unleavened.

Ingredients

  • Melted Cheese 10 oz
  • Spicy salami 5 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 10 pieces
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
  • Capers 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • White bread 1 piece
  • Arugula 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the top of the bread and remove the crumb to create a shell from the crust.

Step 2

Brush the inner surface of the bread with olive oil using a pastry brush.

Step 3

Slice the mozzarella into rounds.

Step 4

Layer the bottom and sides of the bread with salami, then add a layer of mozzarella, followed by sun-dried tomatoes, then ham, arugula, and halved pitted olives (press each layer down and lightly salt and pepper).

Step 5

Sprinkle everything with capers and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Step 6

Slice the tomato into wedges, removing the flesh and seeds, and place it inside the bread along with the basil leaves on top.

Step 7

Cover the filled bread with the top and wrap it in plastic wrap.
