- Oranges 20 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Lemon Balm 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Peel the oranges, separate the flesh from the membranes, and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the lemon balm.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix lemon juice with orange juice, add oil, salt, sugar, and white pepper.
Step 5
Place the orange segments on the lettuce leaves, dress with the sauce, and sprinkle with lemon balm.
