Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Carrot 5 oz
- IDEAL Clasico Olive Oil to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the peas over heat with 15 ml of water and a pinch of sugar for about a minute.
Step 2
Use a knife to peel the orange, removing the skin, and cut out the segments, avoiding the membranes and white parts. Squeeze a little juice from the leftover pieces into the peas.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and cut it into strips using a vegetable peeler.
Step 4
Place the peas on a plate, top with oranges, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and add the carrots, pumpkin seeds, and chopped olives. Garnish with finely sliced parsley leaves.
