Ingredients
- Oranges 3 pieces
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- White Wine Vinegar 4 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Halloumi Cheese 20 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Arugula 5 oz
- Cress to taste
- Spinach to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over high heat. In a large bowl, combine orange segments and juice, mint leaves, vinegar, and olive oil. Season, then gently mix together.
Step 2
Cut the halloumi into 8-10 pieces and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add walnuts and salad leaves to the orange and mint mixture, toss to combine. Top with halloumi slices and season with black pepper.
