- Fennel 2 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece

Step 1
Wash the fennel bulbs, cut each in half, and remove the cores. Chop finely.
Step 2
Chop the fennel leaves.
Step 3
Peel the orange segments from the membranes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.

For the dressing, grate the lemon zest, mix it with the orange and lemon juice. Add olive oil.
