Ingredients
- Green Papaya 10 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Crabapples 2 pieces
- Lemon ½ piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage, add salt, and mix with your hands until juice appears.
Step 2
Peel the orange and lemon, separate into segments, and remove seeds and membranes.
Step 3
Wash the apples, dry them, peel, core, and cut into strips.
Step 4
Place the cabbage at the bottom of the glasses, then layer with orange, lemon, and apples.
Step 5
Drizzle with mayonnaise.
