Open sandwich with soft cheese
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 25 oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White bread 12 pieces
- Dried Chamomile 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon ½ can
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven.
Step 2
Place the sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then with sugar and dried herbs.
Step 3
Bake for 45–50 minutes.
Step 4
Toast the bread in a toaster.
Step 5
Rub the bread on both sides with garlic.
Step 6
Top with thin slices of cheese, then tomatoes and black olives.
Step 7
Drizzle with wine vinegar.
