Ingredients
- Onion 4 heads
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Walnuts 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion, bake it in the oven, cool it down, and cut it into wedges.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool them down, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Chop the walnuts.
Step 4
Wash the herbs, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 5
Place the onion on a plate, sprinkle with walnuts, eggs, and herbs.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Drizzle everything with a mixture of vinegar and vegetable oil.
