Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then while still hot, slice them and drizzle with vinegar diluted with water, and sprinkle with sugar. Thinly slice the onion and mix it with the potatoes, add salt, cover, and place in a cool place.
Step 2
The next day, dress with mayonnaise. Add lemon juice to taste, along with salt and pepper. If the mayonnaise is too thick, dilute it with sour cream.
