Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
- Bun 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Form 6 patties from the ground beef, slightly larger than the buns. Fry the patties on one side in heated canola oil.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings. Place the rings on the uncooked side of the patties, sprinkle with salt. Press down on the onion and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Carefully flip the patties and place cheese on the hot side so it melts and the onion browns.
Step 4
Slice the buns in half, toast the cut side, and place the patty with cheese and onion on the bottom half. Enjoy your meal!
