Ingredients
- White bread 8 slices
- Ham 5 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper on the tip of a knife
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Butter 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
On the plate where you will serve the sandwiches, place 4 slices of toasted bread and spread mayonnaise on them.
Step 2
Top each toast with ham.
Step 3
Then slice the tomato into thin rounds and place them on top of the ham.
Step 4
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with paper towels, then place them on top of the tomato.
Step 5
In a glass, crack the eggs, add salt, pepper, and beat well with a fork.
Step 6
Heat a skillet, melt the butter, pour in the egg mixture, and cover with a lid.
Step 7
Divide the finished omelette into 4 equal parts with a wooden spatula and place it hot on a lettuce leaf.
Step 8
Place cheese on top of the omelette, cover each sandwich with a toast, and press down well.
Step 9
Cut diagonally.
