Ingredients
- Courgette 5 oz
- Poultry 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Herbs 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rounds and sauté in olive oil. Place on parchment paper to remove excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Boil the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Boil the potatoes and carrot, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 5
Chop the herbs.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
