Ingredients
- Boiling water 0 qt
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Pickled Cauliflower 1 can
- Quail Egg 25 pieces
- Worcestershire Sauce 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the turkey meat, pat dry, and cut into several pieces.
Step 2
Marinate the meat in Worcestershire sauce and spices. Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Salt the water, add spices, and boil the potatoes and carrots until cooked.
Step 4
Boil the quail eggs hard.
Step 5
Drain the canned green peas.
Step 6
Finely chop the pickled cucumbers.
Step 7
Peel and finely chop the boiled carrots.
Step 8
Peel and finely chop the boiled potatoes.
Step 9
Remove the meat from the oven, let it cool, and finely chop.
Step 10
Cool the eggs and finely chop.
Step 11
Combine all ingredients and mix. When serving, dress with mayonnaise.
