Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 30 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Capers 3 tablespoons
- Pickles 5 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Mayonnaise ½ jar
- Red Caviar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken fillet until cooked, cool, and cut into neat slices.
Step 2
Mix with the cold boiled potato slices and cucumber slices.
Step 3
Add capers and olives, and pour in the Provençal sauce. Chill well before serving.
Step 4
