Ingredients
- New Potatoes 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup ½ can
- Onion ½ head
- Beef chuck roast 5 oz
- Pickles 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the vegetables (except for the cucumber and peas) and let them cool. Peel them.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers.
Step 3
Boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel them.
Step 4
Cut the cold roast beef and all the ingredients into equal cubes and place them in a large bowl. Add the peas.
Step 5
In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Dress the salad.
