Olivier Salad with Pickles
Ingredients
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Beef 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, boil it in salted water, cool it down, and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool them down, peel, and cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs hard, cool them down, peel, and chop. Grate the pickles, and slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, add the peas, season with salt and pepper, and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Garnish the finished salad with sprigs of parsley.
