Olivier Salad with Olives
Ingredients
- Beef 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 3 tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Pickled pearl onions 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled beef and potatoes, as well as the peeled pickles, into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Cut the whites into large slices.
Step 3
Chop the olives.
Step 4
Gently mix the meat, potatoes, pickles, green peas, egg whites, olives, and finely chopped onions.
Step 5
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise. Season the salad with salt. Chill well before serving and dress with sauce.
