Olivier Salad with Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Table Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Ham 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potato in salted water until cooked, cool, peel, and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the mustard with mayonnaise using a spoon, and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into very small cubes. Boil the eggs hard, cool to room temperature, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, green peas, ham, and eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the mayonnaise-mustard dressing, and mix well.
