Olivier Salad with Liver
Ingredients
- Veal Liver 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Potato 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the liver in milk for 2–3 hours.
Step 2
Fry the liver in vegetable oil and let it cool. Cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and cut into strips.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, peel, and cut into strips.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients and add chopped onion.
Step 6
Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
