Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Roast duck 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water until cooked, cool, peel, and finely chop. Peel and chop the onion.
Step 2
Cut the duck breast into cubes. Dice the cucumbers. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, green peas, and meat, season with salt, add mayonnaise, and mix. Serve the Olivier salad in a mound in a salad bowl.
