Olivier Salad with Cervelat

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Canned Mushroom Soup 10 oz
  • Cervelat Sausage 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Steam the potatoes and carrot until cooked, cool, peel, and finely chop. Peel and chop the onion.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and finely chop.

Step 3

Cut the cervelat into very small cubes. Combine the vegetables, eggs, cervelat, and green peas in a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix well. Transfer the Olivier salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
