Description
If desired, you can make a bourbon syrup: take equal parts of bourbon and sugar and heat them over low heat until fully dissolved.

- Angostura 0 fl oz
- Orange bitters 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 1½ spoons
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Form a ball with a diameter of approximately 8 cm from the ice block. Place the ball in a serving glass.
Step 2
In a mixing glass, dissolve the sugar with both bitters. Add the bourbon and stir. Strain into a glass. Garnish with orange zest.
