- Strawberry 0 oz
- Raw cane sugar 1½ spoons
- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Cherries in Liqueur 0 fl oz
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Thai Bird's Eye Chili 4 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the strawberries and blanch them, then muddle them in a mixing glass, adding cane sugar.
Step 2
Pour in the grapefruit juice, strawberry liqueur, and then the vodka. Shake everything together in a shaker.
Step 3
Pour into a highball glass that already contains ice and Thai chili pepper. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
