Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Octopus 15 oz
- Canned Pork with Beans 1 can
- Spanish onions 5 oz
- Croutons 0 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Potato 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the salad and cut it into large pieces, then place it in a salad bowl. Add the beans without the liquid.
Step 2
Cut the octopus into cubes measuring 1.5–2 cm.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients, including the croutons. Season with salt and pepper, dress with red wine vinegar and soy sauce, mix well, and serve.
