Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Asparagus 0 oz

- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Champagne Vinegar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Boil the asparagus and cool it in cold water.
Step 3
Sauté the salmon in vegetable oil in small pieces.
Step 4
