Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar 2 cups
- Boiling water 0 qt
- Freshly brewed green tea 1 cup
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 1.5 tablespoons
- Ground clove 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small container, pour 1 cup of boiling water over the washed cranberries. Reserve 0.5 cup of cranberries for garnish.
Step 2
Crush the cranberries. Strain the juice. Add the remaining water, tea, and spices. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 3
Cover and let steep for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in thick glass cups with fresh cranberries for garnish.
