Ingredients
- French fries 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Anchovies 12 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Malt Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Sweet Red Onion 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the beans, boiled potatoes, onion, tuna, and olives in a large bowl and gently mix, being careful not to break the tuna pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine garlic, shallot, anchovies, lemon juice, and vinegar, and whisk together with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drizzle the lettuce leaves with this mixture and arrange on 6 plates. Top with eggs and tomatoes, also lightly drizzled with the dressing.
Step 4
Toss the vegetable and tuna mixture with the remaining dressing and gently mix. Divide among the 6 prepared plates.
