Ingredients
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Strawberry 15 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Dry Champagne 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the sugar syrup, strawberries, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Strain the puree through a sieve, pressing out all the liquid.
Step 4
Pour 3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup into each glass, then add 0.3 cup of champagne. Serve immediately.
