Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 0 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Pickles 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots for 15 minutes over low heat until cooked (cut large pieces in half); boil the beef for 15 minutes, skimming off the foam, over medium heat.
Step 2
Place the eggs in cold, heavily salted water, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the vegetables, dice the potato, carrot, fresh and pickled cucumber, and beef into 0.5x0.5 cm cubes, and slice the onion into rings.
Step 4
Peel the eggs and dice them.
Step 5
Combine the vegetables and beef in a bowl, add the peas, eggs, mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Serve the salad on two plates on a bed of romaine lettuce.
Step 7
Garnish with onions and serve.
