Ingredients
- Nettle 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort young nettle leaves, rinse thoroughly, place in boiling salted water, blanch, and then drain in a colander.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix crushed walnut kernels with the broth left after blanching the nettle, and add vinegar to taste.
Step 3
Rinse the green onion and parsley, then chop finely.
Step 4
Place the prepared nettle leaves in a salad bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with herbs.
