Nettle Ahi Salad
Ingredients
- Nettle 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Walnuts 1½ cups
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place young nettle leaves in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
Step 2
Drain in a colander and cool.
Step 3
Mix the crushed walnuts with the broth left from the nettles and add vinegar.
Step 4
Place the nettles in a bowl, pour the walnut sauce over them, and sprinkle with chopped onion and parsley.
