Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ketchup 1 tablespoon
- Canned Truffles 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Onion ½ piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the penne pasta until al dente and mix it with the boiled cauliflower. Add finely chopped onion, mushrooms, and grated cheese.
Step 2
To prepare the dressing, whisk together the mustard with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a tablespoon of ketchup. Add chopped olives, chopped herbs, ground pepper, and salt.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, dress the salad, and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
