Ingredients
- Napa Cabbage 2 pieces
- Salted anchovies in oil 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the leaves of the Chinese cabbage into small pieces using your hands.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, anchovies, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, although you probably won't need much salt since anchovies are usually salty enough on their own.
Step 3
Just before serving, toss the napa cabbage leaves by hand with the dressing and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese or cheese shavings using a vegetable peeler.
