- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Yakiniku sauce ¼ cup
- Mixed salad greens to taste
- Marinated cherries 7 pieces
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Courgette ½ piece

- Goat cheese 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet, add thinly sliced mushrooms, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until they begin to caramelize.
Step 2
Add the teriyaki sauce and cook until the sauce slightly evaporates and thickens.
Step 3
On a large plate, arrange a small amount of salad greens, topped with halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped celery, and diced cucumber.
