Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Canned Truffles 1 can
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms and onion into strips. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, then pour the liquid from the can of mushrooms into the pan and simmer on low heat with a lid. Once the liquid evaporates, cool the mushrooms and onion.
Step 2
Cut the hard cheese into strips and the smoked ham into cubes (do not include the skin in the salad). Mix with the mushrooms and onion, adding a little mayonnaise.
