Mushroom Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients
- Morels 10 oz
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 head
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the oil into a deep skillet, add the lemon juice, and sprinkle in the pepper.
Step 2
Add the garlic cloves and mushrooms.
Step 3
Cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes, then cool for 1 hour.
Step 4
Remove the mushrooms from the skillet (leave the garlic), season with salt to taste, sprinkle with parsley, and top with the peeled shrimp.
Step 5
Serve.
