Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 1 can
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley 3 stems
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the water from the pickled mushrooms. Finely chop the onion, blanch it in boiling water, and combine it in a salad bowl with the mushrooms.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into thin short strips.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 4
Combine all the salad ingredients. Dress with oil.
