- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the champignon mushrooms, finely chop them, and sauté with onions.
Step 2
Drain and chop the canned pineapples.
Step 3
Layer the boiled rice, sautéed mushrooms with onions, and pineapples. Top the salad with soy mayonnaise and generously sprinkle with herbs.
Step 4
Boil the rice, rinse, and dry.
