Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Crab sticks in brine 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Onion ½ head
- Pitted olives 1 can
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil and let them cool.
Step 2
Dice all the other ingredients.
Step 3
Marinate the onion in vinegar (dilute vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio) for a while.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, season with salt to taste, and dress with mayonnaise.
