Mushroom Salad with Pecorino Romano Cheese and Celery
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Olive Oil 0.3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Celery stalk 4 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ cup
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced mushrooms, 0.25 cups of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of pepper. Mix well and layer at the bottom of a flat, clear serving dish.
Step 2
In the bowl with the mushrooms, add the thinly sliced celery, the remaining oil, a bit of salt, and pepper. Mix well and layer on top of the mushrooms.
Step 3
Sprinkle with parsley.
Step 4
Then sprinkle with crumbled cheese and serve.
