Mushroom Salad with Onions

Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 teaspoons
  • Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
  • Water 0 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the champignon mushrooms until cooked.

Step 2

Cut the bell pepper into pieces, approximately 1x1 cm.

Step 3

Slice the onion into half-rings, place in a separate bowl, pour in 2 tablespoons of vinegar, add sugar, water, and let marinate for 20 minutes. After the onion has marinated, drain the vinegar.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 5

You can grate the cheese or cut it into thin slices (I use a vegetable peeler for thin slices).

Step 6

Combine all the ingredients and serve.
