Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 1 can
- Walnuts ¾ cup
- Eel 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the champignon mushrooms into strips, lightly sauté in vegetable oil, cool, and mix with thinly sliced lettuce leaves.
Step 2
Dress the salad with vegetable oil and vinegar to taste, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add large pieces of walnuts and gently mix.
