- Shallot 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced mushrooms, thinly sliced shallot, parsley, and thyme. Drizzle with lemon juice and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.
