Ingredients
- Morels 5 oz
- Eel 2 pieces
- Roquefort cheese 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 piece
- Chervil 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, boil them in salted water, and dry them. Slice them.
Step 2
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Mash the cheese with a fork, add the cream and lemon juice. Add the chopped shallot, chervil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 4
Combine the mushrooms and lettuce leaves and dress with the cheese sauce.
