Mushroom Salad with Celery and Bell Pepper
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Lard 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 8 tablespoons
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic with salt.
Step 2
Cut the lard into cubes.
Step 3
Sauté the finely chopped mushrooms with garlic and lard.
Step 4
Pour in the wine and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the celery root and bell pepper into strips.
Step 6
Mix with the mushrooms.
Step 7
Add vinegar and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
